It can handle MP3, WMA, WAV, and OGG formats easily. What makes the editing simple, is the visual presentation of the recording in the form of a waveform display. This enables a simple cut-paste kind of editing through using cursors for the two audio channels. The cursors can be placed precisely. The edit options available include Cut, Copy, Delete Selection, Delete Silence, Paste, Paste From File, Mix, Mix From File, etc. There is a set of effects available that could be applied on the raw audio recorded. These include Amplify, Compressor, Delay, Equalize, Fade In and Fade Out, Flanger, Invert, Normalize, Phaser, Reverb, Reverse, Silence, Shrink, Stretch, Vibrato, etc. Quite a few noise reduction tools are available. These help in migrating from legacy media easily.
