Assume the role of a ten-year-old girl named Fran who is placed into Oswald Asylum after she has been found alone in the woods. Separated from her only friend black cat Mr. Midnight, Fran decides to escape the Asylum and find him. Solve multiple puzzles to get the explanations of the girl's past and assist her in finding a way out of imprisonment. Fran Bow is a creepy adventure game that tells the story of Fran, a young girl struggling with a mental disorder and an unfair destiny. After witnessing the gruesome and mysterious loss of her parents, found dismembered at their home, Fran rushes into the woods, together with her only friend, Mr. Midnight, a black cat that Fran had previously received as a present from her parents.
