FotoMorph Description

video prev next FotoMorph is a small yet powerful utility that can transform your static photographs into dynamic and animated Flash videos while adding stunning morphing, warping, and panning effects to them. To top it all off, you can also add transitions and loops that you can finally export as AVI or SWF videos, a GIF animation, or an HTML page with a Flash video embedded in it. Though the interface design leaves room for improvement (especially on the aesthetic side), its navigation tabs and its generous preview windows make it an intuitive and comfortable environment. You can spend hours here playing around with your photo collection, creating original morphing animations with the portraits of your loved ones and friends. FotoMorph offers three main functions – morph sequences, warp sequences, and pan sequences. Morph sequences transform one image into another – actually, it moves from one image into another using a smooth transition effect. Warp sequences “deform” one image or a part of it using also a transition effect. Finally, the pan sequence zooms in and out a section of the photograph, going from a view of the whole photo to its selected fragment and back. Mastering any of these three tools to create funny and original moving sequences is much easier that it looks, mainly thanks to the ease of use inherent to FotoMorph, and the invaluable help of its different preview windows. To make your animations more appealing, you can add frames, rotation effects, and moving text to your videos. The resolution of the resulting video files is fully customizable, and the various export options provided will allow you to save them in the most popular animation formats (AVI, GIF, and SWF) and even create an HTML webpage around them in seconds.
