FormCliQ/Office is an innovative Windows application designed to streamline the process of capturing and entering data into popular financial Office software packages, such as QuickBooks. It shortens the time required for data entry, reduces the cost in-volved, and delivers more accurate data. With FormCliQ you will be able to scan business documents like invoices, sales orders, estimates, purchase orders and transfer the data in these documents directly into QuickBook. FormCliQ also archives images of these documents, and give you an easy way to search them, and locate one or more documents of interest. FormCliQ utilizes very advanced optical character recognition (OCR) technologies and reading algorithms to automate and greatly simplify data entry for small businesses, SOHO, and other users of financial Office software. You only click on the data you wish to capture, and do it once for each document type. When such a document is subse-quently scanned again, it is processed nearly automatically. Supporting documents can be indexed and archived as well. FormCliQ replaces the tedious data keying process that is normally followed, brings you to the same point in QuickBooks had you entered the data manually, but saves time.
