FlySwatter is the first product built on our Particle Board development platform. It is a full featured bug and issue management system, focused on ease of use and accessibility. Customized RSS Feeds facilitate access to bugs and issues that are of the highest priority for the end user. The addition of separate simplified versions for access via an iPhone or a BlackBerry, as well as updates via Twitter, ensures connectivity from virtually anywhere. Features: * Multiple Projects - Create multiple projects for issue tracking, assigning users to all, or just a few * Advanced Searching - All issues are indexed for searching by keywords, date ranges, users and more * Custom RSS Feeds - Create a RSS feed on demand from search queries that are able to be subscribed to and read in any feed Reader * Data Export - Easily export issue lists to Microsoft Excel or PDF formats for viewing offline * Twitter Integration - Users receive instant updates when an issue has been assigned to them (requires Twitter account) * Mobile Access - Simplified Interfaces for viewing assigned issues from an iPhone or BlackBerry * File Attachments - Files may be attached to specific issues, allowing for greater collaboration between customers and developers * Simple Administration - Easily create new projects for tracking, create new users and assign them to projects.
