FileBuilder Description

The FileBuilder application was designed to be a small command line utility to create and copy files. FileBuilder executes commands found in the script, line by line. The command may require to copy from another file, or to generate bytes. Normally the execution of the script creates a file. If the script name is "FOO.fbuilder" then the created file is "FOO". FOO and its script resides in the same folder. Double quotes are used in this text to surround strings, for clarity, you don't have to include them.
