Here is the official description for FileBolter: FileBolter is a file search utilite. To find the file(s) you're looking for sift your files via set of bolters (filters) shown at the main window of the program. For example FileTime bolter selects the files that were created/modified/opened between some dates. Feature of the program is context bolter. It's implemented with graphical builder of Context Search condition. For example, you make a figure of two circles: "Johnson" and "Smith" (like MasterCard logo). If you check area that is inside both of the circles you select files that contain both the keywords; if you check area inside "Johnson" but outside "Smith" files that contain "Johnson" keyword and do NOT contain "Smith" keyword will be selected. Numbers of circles and checked areas are not limited, thus you can make even complex search conditions without typing a Combination of boolean operators AND, OR, NOT, XOR. The program supports two kinds of plugins: 1. Context cartridges are used by context bolter to convert the files that are not Readable as a text. 2. Custom bolters check whether some custom file meets some custom condition. For example included plugin selects graphical files that are of standard banner/button size or portraits/landscapes only or by user deffined width/hight range. Plugin developers are welcome. Feel free to create freeware or commercial plugins; the main program is free for you and your customers.
