FREE XML Banner Rotator / FREE SlideShow / FREE Gallery for Flash (AS3) creates a slide show/banner rotator easily and quickly. The set/configure parameters of the show is through XML file. The show area has a scroller on the side in a vertical fashion. You can choose a thumbnail from this scroller to be shown or let the show run on its own. Each image has a fairly large description area that is shown transparently over the image in the bottom area. The transparency, the text etc can be set through the config file. This then could be an ideal setting for showing off a set of product or services offering. You could, of course, use it to show off your holiday photos to advantage too. AutoPlay / Previous / Next with timer and adjustable focus symbol is available on the player. There is a set of skins also available. Each of the photo or banner can have unique links with individual targets. Highly customizable skins and HTML / CSS driven description. Optionally set the XML file path in HTML with FlashVars. Particularly in a business setting this can be an important tool. For business sites, after you have been able to draw interested visitors to your site, you need to hold their attention for some time. This then creates a high probability situation when these prospects may find something of interest and choose to go to your sales page and even right up to checkout.
