EyeProtectorPro reminds you to take breaks and suggest you to do some light exercises for your body and eyes. It has feature to remind you to look far from you PC, as eye doctors suggest a PC users should look at least 20 feet away after few minutes of work to avoid RSI and eyes stress. The application also features useful widgets such as memos, a desktop clock, a stopwatch or a reminder that help a PC user to remember or schedule his worktime. EyeProtectionPro is constantly reminding you to addopt a correct working position or to have a few minutes break once in a while. Main features: Pauses and Breaks: "Pauses" are micro breaks for 10 to 20 seconds and "Rest Breaks" are long breaks which last for 5 to 10 minutes. You can always customize. Hourly Break: Take breaks hourly for 10 minutes or customize as you want. Blacken Screen (Black screen in break or pause) - Make the computer screen black, so your eyes could rest. (Optional) Presets Low, Medium and High Modes- Predefined work time, pause time and rest break time in 3 one click settings for RSI Prevention and recovery. Custom Work Time: Define how long you want to work without any break. Custom Pause Time: You can define time for small breaks which are called "Pause" which can be for 10 to 20 seconds.
