Email Subject Checker Description

This DLL is designed especially for analysing email subject lines. It compares good and bad words. It maintains two lists - a list of words taught to the program as being bad and those taught to it as being good. The email subject is compared to the bad word list and a result returned if words in the bad word list are present. The bad word list is checked against the good word list so that words such as "a" or "the" are not included in the bad word list, if they're in the good word list. This also checks for unusual consonant and vowel clusters. There is an untested symbol cluster check included. It is envisaged that the user will be able to include this together with the other DLLs to provide a perfect anti-spam program.
