Customers that already have ERM installed do not need to download the file provided with your order. We provide e-mail support and maintain an on-line ERM FAQ list for your convenience. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE USA, EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE THAT ORDERING OPTION.
