EasyKrypt Description

EasyKrypt is a handy and reliable application designed to encrypt your data via the strongest encryption algorithms. EasyKrypt protects your data on your computer, laptop, server and removable devices by encrypting it against theft attempts. It conveniently combines desktop encryption with cloud-based protection and allows sharing. Note: This application requires an account. Main features: Simple and intuitive graphical user interface – User setup and operation is easy and straightforward. Rules – Users and administrators choose who gets access to encrypted files, as well as when they get access and from what locations they may be accessed. Rules may be updated on-the-fly to meet changing business needs. Protected file access – Users login to EasyKrypt to decrypt and work with files, they log out of EasyKrypt to deny access to their EasyKrypted files. Notification – Users can be notified by email or text message whenever someone tries to access their files, successful or not. Access Control – Multifactor authentication verifies the user’s identity using a password, scanned fingerprint or smartphone text messaging. Automated and expedited password maintenance – Uses a centrally managed certificate authority function that generates, manages, and stores authorities in a controlled and secured application. Multi-factor authentications – Includes passwords, biometric methods (FBI approved fingerprint scanner) and smart phone authentication. These may be used in combination, as desired. Transparent management of user accounts and history. A variety of data management hierarchies – From simple public/private distinctions to multi-tiered role-based access control.
