Getting the best drivers for your hardware isn't quite an easy job, so once you do find them, you should keep them safe. Driver Collector can help you in this regard, as this application has been specifically developed to make the whole working with drivers thing effortless. Although it doesn't come with a great looking interface, Driver Collector does quite a good job when it comes to extracting the drivers from your computer and saving them in a separate folder. This application can scan your entire computer for drivers, copy and save them into different folders, just to make sure you'll be able to use them again in case you decide to reinstall Windows on your PC. Driver Collector automatically detects most pieces of hardware attached to your computer, so you can thus save drivers for your display adapters, keyboards, monitor, mouse, printer and all other computer devices. The whole procedure is quite simple: pick the piece of hardware you wish to scan for, hit the ''Copy Files' button and let the app do its magic. When Driver Collector scans the computer for the drivers, the process takes just a few minutes every time and once the right files are identified, they are automatically backed up in a separate folder on the hard drive. You can't choose the destination folder, so the application will automatically create one on your main active partition, usually labeled with the letter 'C'. Given the utmost ease of use, Driver Collector addresses all user categories.
