Dr.Assad Toolbar is a customized toolbar for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox; it offers several additional functions. If you click on the Dr. Assad icon, you will access his page on My Space. This page includes articles in English and Arab. The menu that pops up when you click on an arrow icon includes a list of commands: you can press the "Like" option (you will then be counted as a satisfied user on Facebook) and you can configure some aspects of this toolbar. Another feature is the Search Engine box, it allows you to perform searches using Google. You can define the type of content you are searching for, by choosing the right option in the menu that is shown to the right of the search box. If you want, you can use the highlighting tool to mark some items in the results page. This program also gives you access to Dr. Assad´s Guest Book (misspelled as Guset Book). You will be able to read the most recent news on the ticker, as well as tune in to some online radios in the included radio player. This toolbar even allows you to access your email accounts, get notifications when you receive something by email, find out a local weather forecast or access your Facebook account.
