Main features: Ability to "reset" user password back to the one when the account was first created. Password reset also clear password history. All password reset is logged. All read access is logged. Server IDs and Certifier IDs have their own views. Allow customer support group read access to general user IDs only. Allow account creation group editor access. Ability to restrict access to specific documents to administrators only. Documents are protected with Reader fields.
