Discounted Time Lock Description

This is a security utility that will protect the integrity of any windows time and date system. Once it has been activated, Time Lock 2.0 will silently run in the background. When a change is attempted to the system time and date, Time Lock 2.0 will alert the user that the computer's time/date system is secured. The program cannot be forced to shut down and when left running, will start automatically each time the computer is re-booted.
