Designers Ruler Description

Designers Ruler is a small, simple application representing a screen ruler, configurable for horizontal, vertical, centimetres, inches, pixels and colour. Designers Ruler allows software or web page designers to measure layouts for positioning. Other people may find other uses for it as well. Designers Ruler is created for Programmers - check your form and control placement, Web Designers - measure your page layouts or anyone else who can find a use for it. Right click on the ruler to access the menu to vary the options. You can select either vertical or horizontal orientation. The ruler colour can be customised and you have the option of measuring in inches, centimetres or pixels. The ruler can be moved either by dragging with the mouse or by using the arrow keys for finer control. Finally, you can minimise the ruler by pressing F11.
