Editor's review: This utility helps convert between the two standard drawing formats of DWG and DXF. Any DWG DXF Converter is bi-directional converter and file version converter. It helps convert between the two drawing file formats standardized by AutoCAD over the years. There have been several versions of these standards during that time too. This is a standalone solution and does not need the support of the AutoCAD or any other tool. It has a very simple interface so that most users can get used to the operation very quickly. The tool offers a batch operation that helps convert a bunch of files in one operation. When creating the batch, you could choose to include all sub folders inside a folder included. There is a Pro version available that will let experienced users run batch conversions from the command line. This same converter will help convert from ver2.5 to the 2013 standards of the drawings. The interface offers the settings for these file version conversions too. The choice is from a drop down list. File type/drawing type choice is through radio buttons. You could, optionally, choose a folder for the output files. The default is the same source directory. The display of the batch list has an indicator for status. As the conversion progresses, this status indicate if conversion has been completed for individual files. Conversion process can be aborted, if required. This is a nice and easy tool. It does not need an expensive AutoCAD seat for this kind of conversions. This is a handy tool that is quite good. Publisher's description:
