DH_MIDILister Description

This SynthEdit module generates MIDI Messages from text input. Inputs: Gate - One MIDI message is output each time the gate goes positive. Reset - Sets the current message number back to the number specified by the Jump To input. Save Msgs - Saves the current set of messages to the file specified by the File input. Input Mode - Text Entry: Messages are read from the text entry inputs Msg 1 - 16. File: Messages are read from the file specified by the File input. File - Filename or path to a standard text file used to read and save messages. Clicking the File icon opens a standard File Open dialog. A file may contain up to 256 messages, entered 1 per line. Jump Mode Static Jump: Jumps to the number specified by the Jump To input, and stays there. Jump & Run: Jumps to the specified number, then continues to advance. Jump To - Enables messages to be output in any sequence by specifying a message number to jump to. Msg 1 through 16 - Text entry inputs to allow real time entry of MIDI messages. Outputs: MIDI Out - Stream of generated MIDI messages. Current Msg# - Number of the message that will be output the next time the gate goes positive. Total Msgs - Number of valid messages in text entries Msg 1 - 16, or in file. Text Message Format: 4 comma-separated values: ,,, Channels range from 1 - 16.
