From Lamron's Playground: The low resolution (1024x600) screens commonly used in netbooks can make it impossible to reach some controls on large dialog windows because, using the mouse, you can't drag a window's title bar higher than the top of the screen. Ctrl-Drag allows you to slide the active window in any direction as far as needed to show all parts of it. Option to automatically start at Windows boot-up. Completely portable, no installation required.
