ChineseAssist Description

ChineseAssist gives you the possibility to learn chinese reading and improve your vocabulary quickly. Chinese Assist 2006 is flexible to suit your style of learning. Create word lists from articles, dictionary entries, mouse selections or download prepared lists to jump start your learning. You can learn your vocabulary by utilizing multiple-choice tests, reading new words in context or by printing flash cards in your own unique designs. Multiple designs can be used to handle different areas of learning � character recognition, pronunciation and meaning recall. The annotator is a powerful tool for both students and teachers. Just paste a Chinese article into the annotator window and it will be scanned to underline and number important words. An index is then created below to give the meaning and pronunciation of each word. These words can then be added to your word lists for later review, testing and flash card printing. The article can then be displayed with as little or as much 'word hints' as you like to help students at any level.
