ChgTags Description

ChgTags will select a random line from a reference file, and write it to the specified Signature file.This update is performed whenthe program update period expires, or the "change tagline now" option is selected from the System Tray popup window. The Reference file, output Signature file, and update period can be changed using the main dialog window, which can be displayed by right-clicking on the System Tray icon, or by selecting "Open main window" from the popup dialog which is presented when you left-click on the icon. The Status field is only used for debug/error messages; normally, it should just say "none".
