CharConver Description
This is an initial version of my new script - character set converter. It converts between different text codings. You can select files by menu item "File->Open" (multiselect available) or with drag & drop. Before every file is converted, backup is made in .\CharConv.bak folder. This application is localized and it has availability to localize by every "foreign" user. Give CharConver a try to fully assess its capabilities!
