Calculator of Vision of Anything is a full of features tool concerning color vision of humans, nonhuman animals and artificial vision systems. Includes data for nearly 200 animal species and over 250 spectral distribution curves. Also data for films and CCDs. Use a phylogenic tree to select animals, or a dialog for artificial vision systems. You can even add your own entries to both the tree and the dialog. Allows multiple simultaneous vision systems, and has a recently-used-file list (of spectral curves) for convenience when comparing vision systems. Spectral curves can be created and edited easily with the powerful built-in editing functions. Observe single colors or entire pictures through simulated animal eyes using the native Multiband Image Format. Even store your own pictures in multiband format - up to 256 wavelength bands in the region of 1-32000 nm, plus grayscale and polarization.
