CRM-Express eSales Description
CRM-Express eSales is a straightforward and reliable piece of software whose main purpose is to help you create orders and invoices, manage and organize customers, send SMS messages, write letters, design newsletters and track all the available appointments. Since it supports multiple communication methods, the application enables you to stay in touch with vendors and suppliers through FAX and SMS messages. Also, you can easily plan meetings and track all the events for the current month or week. Additionally, you can connect with various online platforms such as Dropbox and SkyDrive so you can share important files and work over the Internet. When you open CRM-Express eSales for the first time, you are required to create a new database where all the important information will be stored. After that, you are able to synchronize emails, design templates, forms and newsletters, plan meetings, set reminders, make calls with dial-up and call-timing and add new contact details. By navigating to the ‘My Start Menu’ tab you can manage and organize all the events, tasks and inbox messages effortlessly. The left panel of the application allows you to navigate through options and generate useful reports so you can analyze your business performance. The ‘Address Book’ section enables you to add new contact details such as address, name and specify if special discounts are presented. By accessing the ‘Campaigns’ feature, a new wizard is displayed - it will guide you through the entire process of creating a new mail campaign in order to promote your products. Simply enter a name so you can remember what the current campaign is all about, describe it in a few words, choose its type and browse for the list that contains all your contacts. This way, you are able to send mail messages to multiple users. Because CRM-Express eSales is fully network enabled, you can allow multiple users to connect to an address book or calendar, as well as create quotes, orders and invoices. Moreover, the synchronization wizard allows you to exchange data between two databases. To conclude, CRM-Express eSales comes in handy especially for users who need to manage and organize business information such as vendors, suppliers, products and customers.
