You can set an external e-mail program that helps send out these finished letters easily. These templates are organized under some 22 topics and 256 categories. The topics covered include things like accounting and finance, complaints and apology, corporate and legal, etc. The topics also include marketing and sales, personnel and employees, proposals and requests as well as thanks & greetings. With all these topics and categories of templates being available, it will be very rare situations that you would not find a template to tweak and create a finished letter. With these large number of ready solutions available, main problem is to find a right template for your job. All of these need to be searchable easily. The interface provided with the application lets you use drop down lists. Once you pick a topic from the reasonably short list, you get a second drop down that lists the specific category item.
