General Attributes, Exchange Attributes, Terminal Service Attributes etc can be modified in bulk by importing the values from CSV files or using a template. Using JiJi AD Bulk Manager, you can export the data from Active Directory in CSV format. The required changes then can be made in that file and approval obtained. You can then import the CSV file and get the modifications done in bulk. The export could be done in PDF and Excel too besides the CSV format. In case of problems original settings are restored and the errors flagged. Any reasonably large organization can have hundreds of users in the Active Directory and thus keeping them current is quite a hassle for the administrators. Just imagine the things that need to be done. For User management; you will typically have to do user creation, modification, password resets, delete/move and export users. For contacts you may have to do contact creation and modification, deletion, moving of contacts and exporting the same.
