Developed for the Yahoo! Widget Engine, Bell & Ross BR 01-92 Yellow is a tiny application that displays a clock widget on the desktop. It is oriented toward all types of users, regardless of their skill level. The interface of the application is represented by a rectangular frame that resembles the face of the Bell & Ross BR 01-92 watch, yellow edition, as the name implies. You can move it to any position on the screen, with the help of the mouse cursor. Unfortunately, the application does not come with any configuration settings of its own. But, thanks to the default options provided by the Yahoo! Widget Engine, you can open the context menu and access the Widget Preferences area. Therefore, you can make the frame stay on top or below all the other windows, ignore mouse events and prevent dragging. Furthermore, you can adjust the frame's opacity level between 20% and 100%. The widget is very low-demanding when it comes to the CPU and system memory, so it shouldn't hog the computer's resources. It has a good response time and works smoothly, without making the operating system hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.
