BackupProggie Description

BackupProggie is a simple, small and reliable Windows copy/backup program with easy to use GUI. BackupProggie supports long filenames (above 256 chars). Overwrite options: Always, Never, User confirm, Modification date. Logs all copied/skipped files to log files. Does not die on first copy error! You can now save your previous settings! When you run the new version for the first time and close the program it will create a BPSettings.xml file with the copy settings inside it. I won't bother documenting the XML template for this until I have set up the "multiple directory copy" feature. For those who want to get fancy, you can run the program from a command line with a different settings file as the argument. That is: > BackupProggie.exe Where the name of the settings file is put in place of ... You may even want to try setting up multiple shortcuts to the software with different arguments in the "Command Line Arguments" field.
