Azure Table Encryption via Attribute is a new project that will ensure that "data at rest" will be encrypted, even as authorized infrastructure personnel at your company or Microsoft will not be able decrypt this data. With this project, you can use a single attribute to transparently Encrypt and Decrypt data when saving or reading data from Azure Table storage. You can then use your uploaded SSL key (or any other x509 certificate) to maintain security of your data in the cloud.
