Avisinth Pascal Description

Avisinth Pascal is a conversion of the avisynth_c.h header file as seen in avisynth 2.5.6. It allows you to write plugins and access avisynth from Delphi and Free Pascal. Note that you do not need avisynth_c.dll to use the avisynth_c interface anymore as it was integrated with modifications into the avisynth.dll. All plugins created will need to be loaded with LoadCPlugin() unlike normal ones.
