It’s good to manage the files and get them all whenever and wherever you want to have them to be. The software immediately gets downloaded and installed. It is small software that opens with an equally small screen. The screen is decent and simple with countable options on it. After opening the program would ask you to browse and select a destination folder. The files after the search are saved to that folder. It has three options on the menu bar ‘Help’, ‘Options’ and ‘Help’. The middle screen shows the report of the resulting search for the files. It searches all the attached files present with the messages in all the folders. ‘Search Finish’ bar below the screen shows the progress level of the search. You can make the search by clicking ‘Start Search’ in the File option. The search shows the name of the folders like ‘Inbox’, ‘Outbox’, etc. The number of files extracted from the messages is shown in the middle screen. From the ‘File’ option you can start searching, close the application and you can see the folder where the extracted files are being stored. You can change the font style, size, etc of the search text displayed. You can change the language of the program. It works with outlook express and extracts the files from the message send and received there. The software does not contain any help file attached to it. If you need any help on its working then you need to have an internet access. The software lets you extract all the attached files from the messages n ad saves your efforts to open each and every message. Overall we give it a 3 star rating on account of its neat functioning and comparative quality in the same class of software doing rounds.
