Here is the official description for Anti-Dialers: Dialers are programs which change the usual connection number to a high cost one. You did not realize it until the invoice arrives. Unfortunately they are being affected by lower connections (over modem and basic telephone net) and besides have to support this risk. Using this Anti-Dialers, you will monitor your connections and telephone number they access. As well it will let you know if they have changed your connections telephone number, if they have created a new connection and even if they have deleted your connection. You can specify the dialers you want to be deleted automatically being created and do not let them disturb more.
