Aloaha Smart Login is a handy and reliable application through which the logon process on a Windows computer can be entirely changed. It can shift the OS logon algorithm to a more modern approach that involves the use of smartcards. The idea is not new to the market, however the scheme used by Aloaha Smart Login is more innovative and versatile than in similar products. A typical smartcard logon operation is associated with a computer that’s already part of a domain, but this is not a must with Aloaha Smart Login, as it can work with standalone computers all the same. Aloaha Smart Login is the remake of Aloaha Credential Provider, if you’re more familiar with the older name of the product. By default, the program encrypts the credentials and saves them to the local hard drive, however, if used together with a Crypto Card, the data is also stored on the physical device itself. If the login fields are left empty during the logon process, the software automatically uses the most suitable login information that is available on the card. It is also possible to synchronize the login data across the network by manually creating a registry key that should contain the location of the file which contains the credentials. This way, if the situation ever requires, the program will be instructed to look for such information in the appointed location when locally stored credentials are nowhere to be found.
