Alert Description

Alerter is a nifty little tool that has to be run by other applications that need to signal the user with te Keyboard LEDs. This application is quite specific in what it does, it should be run with a command line by an application like a fax/voicemail manager, then it will pop up an events list and strobe the keyboard LED's.
