Abacus Calculated Fields for ACT! 2005 and ACT!2006 by Sage now brings you the ability to calculate fields, copy fields, manipulate data and produce results dependent on data within other fields all within a simple, easy-to-use interface. Make any field "calculated" in 2 steps: just select a field on layout (using the context menu) and write a calculation formula. "Calculated" fields will always be up-to-date since calculations will be run automatically every time when you change the value of any field that is a part of the formula. Abacus integrates smoothly into the ACT menu system (System Backup Software) and the calculations just work. Isn't that what you want from a field calculator? If you need complex conditional calculations, Abacus can do that too - just use IF...THEN...ELSE and CASE conditional statements to build calculation scenarios. In fact, Abacus can handle extremely complex calculations simply. There are over 80 functions (Free Video Converter Reviews) supported by the Abacus add-on (mathematical, string, date/time, financial functions: mortgage/loan calculation, standard arithmetic operators along with boolean functions and data type conversion functions).
