AMV Studio Utilities Description

AMV Studio Utilities 2.0 is a set of two programs to convert and play .AMV files. AMV is a proprietary video file format, produced for MP4 players. If you want to see a video clip downloaded from Internet or other source in your MP4 player, you will need to convert the video first using the Video Converter included in this combo. You can then play the videos in your computer using the Video Player, also bundled in AMV Studio Utilities. This two utilities come bundled with every chinese MP4 player in the market. The programs are exactly the same, but in the bundled versions it is not possible to find any information about the developers. The main menu of the program will ask you, if you want to convert or play a video file, opening the respective program for doing that. The Video Converter lets you convert videos in .AVI, .MPEG, .MPG, .DAT, .WMV, .WMA, .ASF, .RM, .RAM, .RMVB, .MOV, .QT or .VOB to the .AMV formats. You only have to choose the source file, the folder to save the target file, and press the "Start" button. In the Video Player you´ll need to look for the file you want to play, and press the "Play" button to view it. You´ll have the common controls in a viewer (stop, pause, etc.).
