But, the real productivity gains come from the ability of shortcuts to every day AD & Office management activities. It facilitates creation, management and deletion of AD objects in bulk. Exchange 2010 is supported. The tool provides an integrated AD ticketing and compliance management System. This tool helps eliminate repetitive, mundane and complex tasks needed for AD management; single and bulk user management, computer management, OU-based management, group management, contact management, help desk delegation, etc. Further processes that can be simplified are terminal services management; template/ CSV based management, etc. Workflow processes can be set up to ease the management processes. ADManager Plus helps AD Administrators and Help Desk Technicians with their day-to-day activities. By providing a centralized and intuitive web-based UI, the software is able to delegate role based access to help desk technicians. Some of the reports mentioned above are required ones for compliance audits. Requirements of such audits like the SOX, HIPAA, etc. can be met easily with the reports this tool can generate.
