A tool to assess your eczema.You or your child suffer from Atopic Dermatitis (AD) or Atopic Eczema.Use the PO-SCORAD and you will be able to assess the intensity, the extent and the associated symptoms of your eczema.Assessing means knowing your disease better and treating it more efficiently.Every week you will be able to calculate your score and send it to your Doctor who can see how you are getting on between two visits.PO-SCORAD was created by the European Task Force on Atopic Dermatitis (ETFAD).Design and drawing by Pr Jean Francois Stalder and the Fondation Dermatite Atopique.Illustrations are the propriety of The Fondation Dermatite Atopique.The use of the score is free for patients and doctors except for clinical research where certain restrictions apply (poscorad@gmail.com)
