The Danfoss TurboTool App makes it easy for field service technicians to troubleshoot Danfoss Turbocor compressor issues on site. Field service technicians can utilize this App to identify symptoms, work through the possible causes, and find remedies through suggested required actions. Instantly access the TurboTool App for compressor troubleshooting and quick reference charts.Please note that the Troubleshooting Guide is meant as suggestions for experienced professionals familiar with Danfoss Turbocor compressors and is not to be used by non-professionals. TurboTool App belongs to Danfoss A/S How to UseWhen starting up the TurboTool App the user will be presented with two compressor images. The exterior image of a Danfoss Turbocor compressor represents compressor system level troubleshooting, while the cutaway image of a Danfoss Turbocor compressor represents component level troubleshooting. The user selects the area in which they are interested. This will take them on to the Symptoms page where they will be able to search for the symptoms being exhibited by the system or component. Once the correct symptom has been identified it can be selected and expanded to reveal the possible causes of this symptom.The user should then select what they believe to be the relevant cause and will be taken to the Remedy page where they will be informed of the procedures required to correct the exact symptom/cause.
