There are fields for Trip #, Truck/Tractor unit #, Trailer #'s, Date, Loaded and Empty Miles, location where the trip starts and ends, stop locations, Shipper and Receiver info, 6 fuel stop fields, wait time, various equipement details, and trip add ons, tolls, lumpers, reefer temp log, other reimbursements, and a comments section. I have received emails asking for a BOL field. As there may be multiple pick ups and stops, I find it best to store the BOL number with the Shipper Info or Receivers Info.
