Phollow Description

The Phollow app is about remembering and sharing with people you know and trust. It lets you create your own travelogue at home or when you travel. It makes it easy to find what your friends have been up to. Best of all, it lets you create surprises for friends in places you liked and lets you collect surprises yourself when you’re out. With Phollow, you can create a breadcrumb at a great restaurant, at an interesting store, or at the best dog park in town. Leave photos, audio, or text to give your friends the full picture. Make one of the photos a surprise and leave a caption: “This is the best dish in the place--but you’ll have to come here to see it!” With Phollow, you can see what your friends have been up to. Sign up to phollow one of your friend’s breadcrumbs and the app will remind you when you're nearby. Collect a friend’s breadcrumb and see if they’ve left you a surprise. We developed Phollow because we believe that information from people you trust is the most important of all--and the same goes for surprises. We wanted to make sure it was easy to create and find that information. Features: ► Create new breadcrumbs by selecting from a list of locations obtained via GPS. ► Add images, audio, or text. ► Create surprises your friends can only see when they go to the same place. ► Phollow a breadcrumb someone else has created and you’ll be notified when you’re nearby--no need to remember. ► Collect a breadcrumb and you’ll be able to see the surprises your friend left for you. ► See a list of nearby breadcrumbs on a map. NOTE: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life of your phone.
