This application will let you enable Bluetooth Low Energy API on Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and Galaxy Nexus on top of a running 4.3 Android. The application includes an installer with an automatic backup so if Google releases an update the changes can be reverted and the system can be upgraded without doing a factory reset. ROOT REQUIRED!
