PressPerCent allows to improve make-ready times, reduce paper and ink waste.PressPerCent is processing each page of job in either PFF, TIFF, PDF input or PostScript format and calculates appropriate settings for fountain ink keys. PressPerCent can be configured for any plate size and ink key zone.PressPerCent output could be viewed as graphics on computer screen, printed or saved as Text or CIP3 print production format file. CIP3 PPF files could be used with new press control systems from major press manufacturers: Heidelberg, KBA, Komori, MAN Roland and others.PressPerCent supports ‘export plug-ins’ that add to application ability to save data in formats other than Text or CIP3 PPF, like internal printing press job formats. Limitations: · You can not modify printing press sheet dimensions to match your press making it somewhat unusable for real production purposes.
