Free and open source tool for ranking biological pathways with SOM data GSCope 3 is a free and open source original tool for ranking biological pathways with SOM clustered microarray data.The biological pathway datasets are converted to a specific XML format according to OSML ( Omic Space Markup Language ) and stored in BiKLi (Biological Knowledge Library). What's New in This Release: Improved performance of: · Reading in OSML, Appendix and Som-Cluster files · Performing Exact Test (matching som data with OSML knowledge) · Retrieving experiment details of a SOM cluster. · Changed Tool Bar (previous imp. was slow)
