A comprehensive messaging platform The extended name of the Cleartext ESM is Cleartext Enterprise-Social-Messaging and it is basically an Air-based app that can be deployed in various ways to provide a range of real time enterprise microblogging, instant messaging and group chat services.ESM Desktop connects to many XMPP services but is specifically designed to connect to Cleartext's XMPP SaaS platform with enterprise microblogging, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, AIM and Twitter gateways. To start using Cleartext ESM you have to complete the following steps:· nick name - This field is the name or 'handle' you use online· profile picture - Select any picture or avatar by clicking on the image· Account id - This is your full address, for example john@yourdomain.com· Password - The password you have setup for the above 'jid'· Server - Server to connect to, default is xmpp.cleartext.net (ask your IT person) Requirements: · Adobe AIR · Cleartext account
