WebDex Description

Open source browser rolodex developed using MySQL and PHP WebDex is a free and simple contact management system, aka browser based rolodex. WebDex includes mass mailing of html mime messages to contact lists, export to csv, fulltext boolean searches, etc. What's New in This Release: · Fixed bug that was causing records with 'educational' flag set to not display as such · Fixed bug in remeber extended query functionality, wasn't remembering compound search value. · Fixed bug that prevented access to full contact records that have no fistname, lastname · Fixed bug in Full Record display that showed incorrect status. · Updated README.txt to be more informative. · Added new defualt to Extended Search, by default it now excludes records with a status set to 'History'. · added the ability to create and maintain contact lists · now allows the duplication of any contact from full view · added Job Function Field · fixed bug in contact update function that prevented using '()' in fields · added display of current position in result sets · Added Mass Mail functionality. Allows users to send html mime mail with attachment to every contact on a given list. · added a 'getMassMail' boolean field to contacts table; to be used to determine if a list member should get a 'Mass Mail' · Fixed the download of archived attachments - files were becoming becoming currupted · Added the ability to peronalize each message as it is sent to each contact on a list using keys to designate where real values go. · Altered sendMassMail() to automatically kick out duplicate emails on lists. · Altered archiveMailing() to automatically kick out duplicate emails in list snapshot. · Added confirmation to the deletion of a list. · Added a little more spacing between buttons on the 'Add To...' popup. · Unified left addition/new links.
