A simple ear training tool for musicians. Simon Sez Musician's Riff Master is a simple ear training tool for musicians which plays a random sequence of piano notes, then repeats periodically as you attempt to match it. Simon Sez Musician's Riff Master can also be used to inspire melodies and solos. For random sequences, you specify the number of notes, the key, the scale mode, and the maximum interval size. You can also set the pitch range (to correspond to your instrument), as well as how long between repeats. And if you can't match a sequence, Simon Sez Musician's Riff Master will display the notes for you. Scale Master is a scale rendering tool in which the musician choses one of fifteen different scale modes, a key signature, the number of octaves, and whether the scale should run up, down, or both, then Scale Master plays that scale.
