A visualization and design tool for RNA secondary structures RNA-DV is a Java program that aims to provide its users an easy-to-use interface for visualizing and designing RNA genetic structures.The RNA-DV allows its users to interact directly with the RNA structure and perform operations such as changing primary sequence content and connect/disconnect nucleotide bonds.
