Last Name - First Name Description

Creates a field in the Address Book that can store a contact's name in 'Last Name, First Name' format Although Entourage sorts contacts in 'Last Name' order, it displays them using the 'First Name, Last Name' format. The Last Name - First Name script will store a copy of the display name in 'Last Name, First Name' format in custom field eight. If no names are defined, it will store the Company name. You can set Entourage to display this field in the list of contacts. Control-click (or right-click if you have a two-button mouse) on the column headers in the contact listing and select 'Custom 8' in the list of field names. You can de-select the 'Name' field if you don't want both columns listed.Installation: Copy the script to the "~/Documents/Microsoft user Data/Entourage Script Menu Items" folder (where '~' is your 'Home' folder - the one that bears your login name).
